Level 1-Independent Sales Representative
If you are looking to sell on your own time, share the jewelry with your friends and family, have social interaction, be recognized for your efforts, and earn an income, this is the level for you!

Earn 30% commission on your retail sales of Kele products to your customers
There are no sales quotas or minimum requirements—Commissions start with your first dollar sold
You can sell as little or as often as your schedule allows
You can earn free products to use for your business and/or personal use
You can purchase items from 30% to 50% off retail price
There is no minimum sales requirement to keep active status

Level 2-Team Manager
If you want all of the above, plus share the opportunity with others and make an even bigger income, then this is the level for you!

Earn 30% commission on your retail sales of Kele products to your customers
In addition, earn 5% commission on the sales of your recruited ISRs
Team level commissions are based on retail sales (not wholesale)
Commissions are earned starting with your first recruit (e.g. no minimum recruiting requirements), and offer the same commission percentage across the board whether you have 1 or 100 recruits
Only need to sell $500/month to earn team commissions
No team sales minimums or requirements
No need to pressure team members to sell so you earn your commissions
Never lose your team members or downlines
The above commission structure puts more money in your pocket with each sale while rewarding sales efforts at every level

Level 3-Director
Continue to grow your team and be further rewarded with higher income levels by promoting, training & supporting your Independent Sales Representatives to the Team Manager level.

Earn 30% commission on your retail sales of Kele products to your customers
Continue to earn 5% commission on your team's sales
In addition, earn 2.5% commission on the sales of your team manager's ISRs
Director level commissions are based on retail sales (not wholesale)
Only need to sell $500/month to earn team commissions
No team sales minimums or requirements
No need to pressure team members to sell so you earn your commissions

Bonus Level-Executive Director As a 'thank you' for sharing the Kele opportunity with others, if one of your team members moves up to the Director level, you earn a bonus/profit sharing at the end of the year with fellow Directors. Rewards Program Regardless of whether you are an ISR or Executive Director, you will earn a reward for your yearly sales efforts.
