Kele & Co was founded in 2006 by its President, Kelly LeFevre. Her mission was simple: to provide women with a home-based income opportunity that was rewarding, successful and enjoyable. She also wanted to provide women flexibility so that they could create their own business to reach their financial goals.

3. TOP INCOME/COMMISSIONS~Kele & Co took an entire year to research the direct sales industry. With that research in hand, we have developed a unique income & commission structure with the objective to provide the highest income opportunities to those at the base of our organization rather than the top 2-3% which is common in the direct sales industry. We see this base group as the foundation of our growth and we want to put more money in the pocket of those who are doing the most work to build their businesses and ours. Thus, Kele & Co's Independant Representatives earn income on 2 levels rather than multiple downlines, with no requirements on personal sales, no team sales requirements, no recruiting requirements, AND, no loss of team members EVER! All income and commissions are earned on retail sales, not wholesale. Thus, Kele & Co's income potential of 30-50% on personal sales and up to 8% commission on team sales (all based on retail prices) is a tremendous value when compared to commissions on wholesale volumes.
 
4. MINIMIZED BUSINESS EXPENSES~We wanted our representatives to realize their true income/commission percentage. Therefore, Kele & Co picks up the cost of many business expenses so the representative can realize a higher profit from their sales.
