Shipping Policy
All orders will be processed within 7-14 business days. The time of shipment depends upon Kele & Co's inventory. In the event that an item is out of stock and/or backordered, we will contact you with an estimated delivery time. For home party orders, all products can be shipped to the Hostess or directly to the customer.

Return Policy
Kele & Co prides itself on providing the highest quality products. However, if a product does not live up to your expectation, we will gladly accept a return or exchange within 90 days on jewelry purchases. In addition, if there is an error with your order and/or delivery, please contact us immediately and we will gladly rectify the error.
